I agree with your assessment. With all due respect, I didn't intend to suggest that there is "no value" associated with the chrome ore. Only to imply that calculating/assigning a more "realistic" or "fair market" value awaits the outcome of further studies and perhaps negotiations. I still consider it the "icing on the cake". It remains a significant asset.
