What a crock!!! All this take over does is let the rich save their money and download the losses to american citizen...who are in no shape to accept this further damage to their finances!!! If I was an american citizen, I would be very ashamed of the action or inaction of our government to A create this situation -that let the rich get richer and B have the gull to give the rich an escape when their greed was discovered and busted!!
