Does anyone know anybody affilliated with one of the ROF drilling companies?

I read a post from someone who said the Drilling companies have moved to "cash advance' only policy for the junior companies.

Anyone know if this is the case? That might be the norm - I don't know but would like to know. If they have changed the policy then it might be a direct reflection of the state of the TSXV?

Sorry to add any gloom on a gloomy day - just would like to verify if someone could help that would be great - otherwise I can make a couple calls to find out directly.
