FNC Halt

Just checked the TSX list of halted companies and regarding FNC it states "Halted Pending News." This was the same for a number of companies and then there were others that were halted that stated: "Halted at company request pending news." Is it correct to assume that the regulatory body halted FNC pending the news and it was not, in fact, at the request of the company? If that is the case, why?
