What is your point to your article? You're affraid of a takeover at depressed prices. So who isn't. Management admitted the same as I pointed out in my post yesterday. Again what is your point... simply to express your fear? What would you have anyone do about it? Sell their shares? Is that it? Depending on the individual and their situation that is one option. However, how ever low a bid comes in at, you'd still be better off holding your shares because the premium would still be higher than the present sp. But you are still forgetting the "White Night" clause or choosing to omit for whatever reason. I'm not going to explain it again so do some DD and figure it out for yourself... if you are actually interested in doing anything other than trying to spread ill feeling and negative emotion.
