Handles - namely "eagleeyes"

Eagleeyes:

I would appreciate it if you did use a handle not so close to mine.

You may have a good view of the ROF but I would not want anyone confusing me with yourself. I don't know you, I have no way of verifying the information you are posting on this forum, and I wouldn't want anyone on this forum thinking I was posting false or misleading information.

I respect all the knowledgeable people on this forum very much, and I appreciate their respect as well.

This leads me to a question I have been pondering, one I will present to Agoracom.

Agoracom, what are the rules regarding the use of handles on this forum? How close can they be to each other? I believe there should be enough difference between them in order to avoid, even the least amount of confusion between posters.

IMO, using a single letter such as "s'' at the end of an already existing handle "eagleeye" is not enough of a difference. How is this any different than a new poster using a handle such as "Stratopods" or "Cylinders" or "d12s" or "MISFITS" or "QQ_girls" or "mustangmen" (using an e instead of an a).

This question needs to be addressed to avoid any confusion between posters period. Each handle should be at least 4-5 characters different, all IMHO of course.

Regards,

EE
