Good evening all NOT share holders,

I had called the office today and spoke to Pat, the Geo in charge at Windfall. I asked him if the plan to split the company is still being considered. He paused for a few seconds, Of course his response was, "I am unable to comment on this question" IMHO I have a gut feeling that this news along with entering the TSX will be released very soon. I am sure that Richard knows and realizes that these two goals are very important and will hold the key that will open the door for NOT to move to the next level. Things will turn around soon and the sky will be blue. Never give up hope. Nothing has changed with the company, we still have three major keys that I know will make NOT successful: Location, Good Management and Money. The market cannot continue to slide south as it has for the past several weeks, once all the bad news is out of the way, things will turn around. In the mean time I would strongly suggest that you all keep buying if you can afford it. The payback will be huge. Let us not forget that Diamond Field did not have a smooth ride leading to their final buy out share price of $126 per share. We are now on a rough and bumpy road and soon we will be on a smooth road to success.
