Discipline and Control?

I liken these to Solid Regulations, applied forcefully but fairly. The fairly part is the challenge, as that term has interpretations that differ acording to the situation, participants, and also the needs of a balanced but functional society. Thus, it is not at all an easy task and requires more than simple dilligence. It requires a deep and meaningful connection to the individuals that comprise the Society in which the discipline and control are expected.

Every man for himself is but a defeatist mode to failure.
