Thanks for the repost of the description of the new rules. And it does seem very clear that the New Rules apply to ALL stocks listed on US Exchanges.

If this does not help some of the better US Stocks recover some lost ground, it will at least crimp the savvy unscrupulous traders and the "broker-dealers" who have been earning fees for facilitating just such unscupulous behaviour.

Now, WHAT WILL THE CANADIAN AUTHORITIES DO FOR US?

We could use at least this much long needed reform here.

Thus, hoping the "Monkey See, Monkey Do" works as it so often does up here!
