Short selling with borrowed shares has been part of the rules. Who can assume that all shorts on NOT are naked? There may be concern on the part of some that Not will not prove up more Ni reserves before they run out of money. If NOT has 10 months left until cash zero, when does new financing have to happen...5,6 months from now? The market understands Ni and Ni assays and Ni visuals. The market apparently does not understand chromite, the 2 types of deposits, the high percentages needed, or the infrastructure required, because no one has put forward the case. Hopefully NOT will make this clear in its next release. I believe it will take another Ni home run to make a significant move in PPS unless the chromite story is compelling. In any case, 43-101 will be required for ROF and Windfall to get institutions on board...how long for this...5,6 months from now? A major may not care but will only pony up in a partnership as much as its competition forces it to. As much as everyone on this board is buying it is not enough to move PPS to "full value". A Ni hit by anyone else in the ROF will move NOT higher because some of the infrastructure cost of E1 will dissappear. I hope the chromite story is compelling.
