It's a classic PP

release a nothing NR that drives the price down, issue 4mill new shares that probably get picked up by the same guys who drove the price down and then get back to drilling and this time just maybe hit the motherlode. It's a great story and hopefully we will all benefit or at least get the $$ back we lost on the way down.
