Friedman was an incredible promoter and never missed an opportunity to attract media attention...even though it was frequently negative. He was not unlike the maiden in the tower, busy spinning straw into gold only he was spinning nickle into dollars. As a reminder, as the process at Voisey's Bay wore on, top executives of the company and their legal eagles spent hours and hours finding the right wording for their press releases. I would think that that purposeful deliberation is happening right now at NOT and that is why the new team has been brought on board...there is no room for error when it comes to writing a press release, setting up new JVs or dealing with a major. I remain confident RN and the gang have a well thought out game plan in place.
