Hi Old Joe
Good to see you on tonight.
The specifics are simple. What we have found, what we have been informed of through 43-101 report, what our company has been finding and the quantity being "very very significant", the fact that chromite is being located outside of Noront's boundaries, the fact that Richard Nemis has been in this business long enough to have seen this all happen next door to him and seen how it was handled then, and of course to the fact that despite the recent downward SP movement, we have a small cap that still has volatile price movements both up and down.
The cash on hand and lack of debt are other substantial key points in what makes a company worth buying up on the cheap and INHO this is cheap. Like I've said often before, people who can't sleep because they have too much of their life invested into a stock must realize what we have here before excercising any form of decision making relating to the purchase and/or sale of their stock. Its a personal thing.
This board has many posters who have strong investment background, including the mining sector. We know a few things can happen here:
1 The market can keep tanking and take us with it (not good for anyone invested anywhere).
2. Noront can publish a blockbuster NR on the chromite findings which may or may not be the right thing to do right now. I think they need to get as much of the full story on this before unloading it and when they do they have to make it simple laymen's terms.
3. Noront may even start nestling in more with the other ROF companies leaving NOT as the largest interest in the area with the greatest influence should takeovers start rearing their ugly head too early in the game.
4. The metal's market is poised to correct over the near term...or so it is written. That can only have a positive effect on NOT.
I'm reading the same stuff everyone else is. I don't have any secret knowledge. Its just simple investment strategy. I'm following the words and actions of successful investment gurus who like using a simple investment strategy. Due Diligence, Weak Valuation, Low Investor interest and poor technical numbers to indicate the "buyin" points of any stock "worth owning".
I guess it then comes down to one question. Do you believe in Noront....or do you NOT!!
Have a good one Old Joe.
