Should we just chalk this up to improved 'market conditions'?

The boys at Noront have done exceptionally well at keeping everyone's mouth shut and preventing rumours. Hard to see increase as other than bouncing back from over sold depressed pricing.

Would be nice to get the 'Blackbird' chromite update while market is paying at least some attention.
