IF Xstrata is serious about making a move perhaps here is a way to make it attractive to those like Noront who have potentially huge Chromite deposits.

This by the way isn't completely off the wall since something similar was done with an Australian company by Chinese Major.

Say Xstrata was willing to kick in the kind of money required to prove up 'x' amount of chromium above a certain 'cut off' grade. Maybe 20 million, BUT the string attached is: As soon as you prove up that much tonnage we will pay you y amount of dollars and you must complete the sale!

Now that could be very interesting to the ROF Players and wouldn't it just change the current share pricing.
