Agreed as the faster the payback on capital costs for infrastructure the better the 'deal'. A good amount of Premium quality mineralization (Noront has found and FWR on trail of) for fast recovery of investment and lots and lots of somewhat lower grade to work for 20/30 years.

Given the huge size of prime exploration area and early results from widely seperated areas a 'Major' could be prepared to make some early assumptions as to likelyhood of adding to inferred resources considerably over time.

Maybe wishful thinking but starting to smell a 'deal' coming sooner than I'd thought possible.
