Noront always compare the Kemi mine with ROF,

the Kemi mine in Finland is owned by OUTO KUMPU with the market capitalization about 4 billion Euro as of 30 June 08

This year they decided to increase the market cap of Ferro chromium by investing addition 400 million Euro in Kemi mine, the amount is 10 % of its market cap ,they prioritize Kemi mine out of various projects on hand.

They are for sure very optimistic about the CR future as they also own stainless steel factories..

So many times Noront mentioned about Kemi mine, one simple reason may be the similarities of geology,smelting /extraction at site...

I speculate another reason is OUTO Kumpu could be a well suited candidate to be a partner /investor to Noront..
