First of all, no apology necessary.........your quality of content, far exceeds any formatting issues.

Second, you said,

"Let's put this baby to rest and at minimum set our takeover candidates expectations at the right level… that means you CVRD and XSTRATA/Glencore/ or perhaps International Ferrochrome.".

I agree whole heartedly, that we should let our potential takeover candidates know the high level of value we, the shareholders of Noront Resources, expect for a final offer.

Let's also aim high in our expectations of who the possible suiters should be.

The powers that be, at the world's big mining companies, have egos that are far bigger than their market caps. Many of you will remember the seesaw battle between Newmont, and Barrick, to be the world's largest gold miner.

Given the fact that the Ring of Fire has already proven to contain many different minerals, and considering its size and potential, I think we should aim as high as the world's biggest miner....BHP Billiton. Do you think BHP B's CEO, Marius Kloppers would like to remain numeral uno? A short while back, he tried unsuccessfully, to takeover their arch rival, Rio Tinto. BHP B already has mining operations in Canada and, again, given the size of the RofF, who better to tackle this giant?

On a smaller scale, Vale (CVRD) tried unsuccessfully to take out Xstrata earlier this year. Both companies, for many reasons, should have huge incentive to coral all the horses in the RofF.

To whom it may concern..............be aware, Noront management knows the value of our company, as do we, the shareholders.

Holding with confidence,....Canseco
