Just can't help thinking that the section of 'ROF' where NOT/FWR, the BMK/FWR/SPQ jv and lets throw in PRB/FNC have their Chromite potential 'open to offers' in a big way.

Noront has indicate they aren't spending 40 or 50 million dollars to prove up massive chromite deposit and the other players sure don't have that money. Given the market conditions none of the exploration companies could raise the required drilling money either.

This leaves it up to a Major player who wants in right at the second stage of proving up resources and progressing to infrastructure and mining. Win/Win for both parties and both should be motivated to come to agreement.
