Things are picking up quickly and if I might infer from what you are saying (correct me if I'm wrong) is that somebody is going to have to step up to the plate and rather quickly if they want to get a foothold in the door. Not only that, but whoever he or they are, they'd better half deep enough pockets to see this venture through to the final buyout. Long, averating down and loving it!!
