Richard Gray of Blackmont Capitol is on BNN today stating that equity markets have dried up which means it is impossible for juniors to raise money for their projects. Thankfully, Noront has cash to see them through the next year or so. He predicted that juniors will likely be approaching majors to assist them. He also predicted that juniors would be merging or consolidating to help fend off being eaten up at these low share prices. It would be interesting to see whether any of the ROF companies will be taking that direction or having strategic alliances given the common resource holdings and geography. He did say that majors have the resources and multiples to do pretty much what they want. Based on this, a major is definitely in our future and it will be interesting to see how our management team positions us.
