Guess major part of the problem really is an acute shortage of investors. Everyone one is holding tight to cash because of the 'Doom and Gloom'.
Since we can't rely on the 'market' to support our share price one has to look a bit harder at intrinsic value of deposits identified and defined. This is because right now we're looking at what a 'Major' would realistically value Noront's holdings at.
OK we are close to finding out more about what Windfall could be worth. Since we're not there yet it's speculative although a lot of information is in hand. Likely between 50 cents and a dollar fifty.
Chromite up in air for quantity but 40 million tonnes on Noront property isn't unlikely. Nickel at E1 is known quantity and taste of more to come. These deposits have got to be worth above $10 a share to a motivated 'major' and maybe when smoke clears a lot more.
Hate waiting months for the payoff but sure beats the thought of giving away shares at current offering.
