With all due respect, a 43-101 can be created at any time, and does not need a Major's involvement. A 43-101 is a qualified statement, based on the available information regarding the potential size and grade of a mineral occurrence. What you have described, is a mineral inventory which is a "geological" estimate, which might meet the lowest level of the CIM 43-101 accepted classification scheme, that of an inferred mineral resource. Several levels of confidence higher, is when you reach the "proven and probable" categories (old terminology) or the new "reserve" category. My thresholds were based on the chrome ore being designated in the "reserve" category.
