Speculation!
This post on Sureshot Intl reads like the type of company someone like Noront STEEL may have had reason to be involved with. And thus, the potential for the connection.
Could it be that this particular company became very interested in the RoF due to contacts and possibly even inquiries made by Noront (STEEL or Resources) last Winter respecting Development Equipment/Management considerations.
AND could it be that this company took such an interest (knowing a good thing they have much experience with) in the overall potential of the RoF that they set up a subsiduary in Canada to get directly involved in the actual initial Exploration. In the past Exploration companies would contact just such companies to gather info/data for doing things like Scoping Studies, all the way to locating and supplying many of the many needed items required to DEVELOP a Mine,etc.
It would be like such a company to set up a new subsidiary to handle becoming directly involved in the actual Exploration. AND given they likely have made much profit in their Business over tha past several years, they would have interest in puting some of that prifit into the most secure Investments going. AND who has the Best Investment Going in this current Global Tormoil?
Just making invisible connections if there is anything to be connected. A littel look around by some of the posters here who specialize in ferriting out thses things would make for VERY Valuable and Most Interesting READING.
Also NOTE: So far Noront Resources has done JV's only with others that are very well capable of carrying their Options to fulfillment should they so desire. NONE of the Companies that are involved in Mineral Exploration who have been chosen to receive a JV Option on RoF Property from Noront Resources have any difficulty in meeting what ever obligations they have agreeded to when receiving their JV Option with Noront Resources.
Noront's Strength is accepting only JV Partner Strength.
