IF SureShot has the money to do what they commit to which is far from clear. This kind of jv is done all the time and until such time as the jv partner comes up with the cash adds no value. Penalty for walking away at any time is just them minimal up front shares or cash paid.

Only jv deals with well heeled companies are given any attention or credit by the market and properly so.

Don't get me wrong, Noront probably has reasons for entering into the deal but that doesn't mean it adds any value right now. Probably why news of it was kind of throw away released on a day that no one would pay attention to it.
