The rof is a big area as you know. ther is a possibility of more than one major being involved. its easy to find out because Nemis or NOT has confidentiality agreements with the majors involved in talks. The Majors they can't talk about are the ones interested.

For example if I call Nemis and talk to him about INCO he may or may not be allowed to discuss it. if there is an agreement he won't discuss.

One more thing and it relates to the TSX. The company may be being extra careful because they are under scrutiny by the TSX. Nemis has mentioned this often. So a little paranoia coud cause the company to clam up on more than they need to.
