then don't advertise it. That's about as stupid a response as one could have in this environment. "Hey world I'm a motivated seller and if you force the sp down anymore I'm going to give you my shares for a lot less... I'll even tell you at what price I'll sell!" There really is only one reason for advertising that one is selling, aside from foolishness and that's to induce others to sell. I've often wondered what it would cost an interested party to hire 6 to 10 posters to post on a board, and at just the right time, have them go into a panic, trying to start a stampede.... considering that we're dealing with a company that controls an area that will yield billions of dollars worth of minerals from out of the ground. I would say that would be worth it... to hire a few individuals. Wouldn't we be surprised to find that some of our fearless leaders suddenly got cold feet in the end. Some people are real and others.... likely not.
So here we are with an unequalled level of frustration and fear that our investment is diminishing. It's predictable that these responses arrive at this time. Right on cue. We all have different psych. make-ups and tolerances for this game but the rules apply regardless. You can either deal with the stress or you can't. It's all taking place in your head.... and of course your pocket book. The pitch of the fear is now in a key that the stealthy have been waiting to hear. Could we go down more?.... damn right we can. Will we? I don't know for sure. Will NOT rebound? If it doesn't, you may have more to worry about than your investment in NOT, but I won't expect that to be the case. NOT is a winner but it is taking longer than most bargained for despite the claims of the longs... or would be longs. I expect that NOT would be buying back shares in the market to protect the sp if they felt that the sp was an issue, in light of what they are dealing with now. Remember the pp and maintaining the threshold to accelerate. We seemed to stay above it regardless of some efforts to pressure the sp down. Wonder who helped with that? Obviously the same concern is not there for buoying the sp now particularly when it could be a waste of resources in this market. It is indeed unfortunate that NOT can't describe what's on the dinner plate for it's shareholders as I think that we might feel it's a dinner well worth the wait.... being that we haven't eaten in a very long time.
