Dear Mr. Nemis and team,

I have been a shareholder since the fall of 2006. Since then, I have spread the word of the opportunity that Noront shares offer, resulting in over a dozen new investors coming on board.

The current share price of Noront stock, I’m sure you will agree, is at a ridiculous level. Unless I am wrong, after 2 years of research on our company, the current price is an unbelievable bargain.

Who should recognize this more than anyone else? Insiders of the company.

Surely some of the members of your fine team, especially the newer members who weren’t around the last time the price was at this level, would want to buy in now. Perhaps they have already done so, and we will see that on the next insider trading report.

If not, I respectfully suggest they be encouraged to do so. After all, if their knowledge of the company does not tell them this is a screaming buy, then I guess I’ve got it all wrong.

It would be a powerful statement at this time, to see a report of insiders buying.
