Renewed agreement with Agoracom

posted on Oct 01, 2008 07:17PM

Since the news release on Monday I have been wondering about the following.

"The terms of the agreement are as follows; duration twelve months unless terminated by March 30, 2009 at Noront's option".

Why would Noront do this?

1)Will have run out of money and cannot afford to pay them

NOT POSSIBLE.

2)Will split Noront into two separate entities and will need to sponsor two sites.

Possible

3)Will be taken out by a major.

Possible but IMO not likely.

4)Joining of ROF companies(NOT-SPQ-FWR, etc) Noront splits into two separate entities

Possible

5)Buy in by a major, Noront split into two separate entities,

I think they are presently working on this(hence the slow news coming at us-little to no hype)

Comments.
