Thanks for that Hoov.

No reference to Gold and Windfall in those four cornerstone elements. Maybe GeoProf is correct in stating the Windfall is on the auction block. I do not believe they would need shareholder approval for the sale just as they do not need our approval to buy properties or JV them out.

Time for a rum and coke.
