You are right, it is undervalued. However, the reality is that the present and future world markets are in complete dissarray. A great hit at Windfall should increase the SP, but for now any ROF news will be ignored. There is presently just no credit or appetite for long term projects. This is the same for all companies and most of us are up to our necks in paper losses
