When Noront was $5+ I felt Windfall should be kept just to use as a cash cow to fund ROF exploration. Things change and with share price putting no value on Windfall a spin off makes economic sense to all of us.

My guess is maybe one share of 'Windfall Gold' for every two shares of Noront held at date of split and Noront will transfer some cash over to fund at least six months operation. Offices shared with Noront and Noront charge fee for management work undertaken.

Hard to see the spun off company being worth less than $1 a share unless Gold continues it's steep fall in price. Could be an operating Gold mine within a year.
