I concur d12.

If the split was to occur as per Misfit1's hypothetical scenario, ie. $0.65 for both ROF and WIN, is it not much more likely that ROF would be a victim of hostile takeover?

I for one am still in the camp that we will see "major" participation previous to the contemplated split.
