With all respect I have a serious problem believing anyone is going to pay full value for Windfall anytime soon. Just how do you put a fair price on a gold mine when you don't know how much gold is there?

The reason for spending over 10 million dollars for ramp access was because defining the gold in the various zones from above ground was going to cost almost as much as going ahead with the ramp.

Still once ramp is in place there will be not just bulk sampling but a lot of underground drilling to do before some kind of resource estimate can be arrived at.

For a spin off to separate company with shares distributed to existing shareholders of Noront a resource estimate isn't necessary and deal could be done fast. To get maximum value out of Windfall in a 'Sale' means waiting for a lot more underground work and it hard to see that being accomplished before middle of next year at earliest.
