There certainly is a lot more work to be done before a value can be placed on Windfall but given that they saw "visible gold" on the way down (if I recall correctly) mgmt may have a good indication of the potential there. Splitting it off as a separate Co at this time is independent of the value and would be a set up in reddiness for the final results.
