With all due respect, please stand back a bit and re-think. We have all purchased shares in NOT at certain prices with the anticipation from our DD that the SP is going higher. WE were prepared to pay the asking price, or thereabouts!!! Why cannot another company do the same thing with Windfall alone with the belief that its value is going to appreciate with time? An appropriate asking price could be determined by RN et al. I would expect, at a minimum, it would cover all the project's costs to date. A NSR, would at minimum, be a bonus and guarantee that NOT and its shareholders at least participate in future production revenue.
