"We" only discovered the Windfall reference discrepancies today, and we follow these things on a minute by minute basis. Perhaps the rest of the market will wake up later today, and there will be a somewhat +ve reaction tomorrow. However, this could still be overshadowed by the continued fallout from south of the border in the near term.
