Possible reason for lack of Windfall information

I apologize for the fact that I cannot remember where I heard or read the comments in the next paragraph. It was either from the board, or discussions with management, or private messages, or a combination thereof.

A while back, there was some suggestion that the TSX might require Noront to have a 43-101 on Windfall as well in order to move to the big board. It was further suggested that Noront may split Windfall off sooner than planned for this reason.

It has occurred to me that perhaps the TSX has told Noront that they now need either a 43-101 on Windfall, or they cannot talk it up if they want to move to the senior board.........just like how they could not talk about Chromite until they had a 43-101 that discussed the mineral.

Comments welcome.

Yep, still holding with confidence, Canseco
