I agree with your comments. While not a fan of Kaiser, his turn around on chromite value was appreciated and may help Noront/FWR.

These comments, I feel, go a long way to explain why our share price isn't over $2

"We're going to see another round of redemption selling in this quarter," due to late-season selling to use stock losses as a tax benefit, said Kaiser."

It doesn't appear to be manipulation that is causing our share price to shrink but more a case of some investors having no choice but to sell at what ever price they could get. Tough on our nerves but not on our pocketbook as long as we can wait this out.
