In the extremely doubtful case of waiting 5 years one could still be assured that Noront and the 'ROF' will still be with us.

One day crash doesn't in itself cause Management to 'pull in their horns' and we have to wait for the smoke to clear to assess the short and long term damage this could cause Noront.

Worst case would be Noront just backing off and cut spending to the bone until markets reverse. Means share price doesn't go anywhere for a while as exploration slows to a crawl. I doubt this will happen but if it did then Windfall would be put in production mode to take up the slack.

Noront has options other players in ROF don't have due to cash posiiton and Windfall. Don't feel comfortable in the position these markets are putting us in but it's a lot better position than a lot are in.
