This topic was discussed at length, at this time last year. I posted that I had experience with another company where they announced material information at their AGM. This is done by similtaneously (or slightly before) releasing the news through the normal media channels.

In fact, this is what Noront did last year at the AGM. They put out a news release the morning of the AGM, and distributed copies to the people attending the meeting.

So, bottom line is, we could have significant news, up to and including the day of the AGM. It wouldn't surprise me if RN wanted to do this again this year.
