I finally had a chance to read the AGM package. I agree with Oldster that Windfall 's importance is not mentioned much. I think that the top of page 4 of the MD&A explains why.

"Over the next year, management of Noront anticipates being able to separate its assets that are outside the Ring of Fire area so as to finance and manage them distinctly from Noront's primary Double Eagle properties."

While the time line is little vague, it seems very clear what management have decided to do with Windfall. They also left room in their statement should something major causes them to change direction.
