Respectfully, I don't think news is a waste. Rather, in these troubled times investors are watching with interest although they may not be ready to take the plunge. News releases, whether strategically timed or not will allow those investors who are doing their DD to be knowledgable about Noront. So, when things improve and they are ready to make their move they will be better imformed about NOT and hopefully comfortable about investing here.

I feel that a steady stream of positive moves (diseminated via NRs) is something we need regardless of the mood of the markets.
