Sorry for the re-post. I didn't mean to put my first post as a reply. I was looking for some discussion of tax loss selling and how this is playing into our current sp

My first post on the Discussion board so be gentle.LOL

Here's a thought for you. I brought it up at the recent golf tournament. I hope some of you long professional investors can add your opionion.


I believe the Market movers have decided to sell their tax loss positions earlier than normal knowing that they have winners in a terrible market. The thought I have is they will sell a little earlier. Take some great stocks down like Noront. Then get back in earlier then normal and ride the easy money back up?

Any opinions welcome

PS I have not sold a share although I bought at much higher prices and plan to accumulate over the next little while
