I like the idea but it may not be as easy as it sounds.
As I was looking for information on Windfall on the FWR site, I read through their latest MD&A and was shocked to see how many mature properties with defined resources are under their umbrella.
(Disclaimer: This is not an FWR pump and I do not hold FWR shares).
Aside from the long list of properties, they also have 12 Million cash in the bank and around 180 M shares issued.
I do like the idea though and believe that the two together would be quite a powerhouse with the quality of properties they bring to the table.
SPQ would be a no-brainer given that it is Novak's company.
