Like many I'll believe it when I see it. Certainly in todays Market 100 Million dollars buys a lot of respect. Judicious use of it could also totally ensure control of the valuable parts of the ROF not already in Noront's pocket.

Might be less than Windfall is worth but then what they could get for some of that money would be worth many times what that would cost in any normal market.

Like I've said before Noront is one of the few players in the ROF with plenty of options available. A lot of things could happen and frankly expecting to be surprised, pleasantly surprised and the sooner the better.
