rosseau controls only 9%

If Rosseau controls 9 %, and I think they said they could get another

20 % for a total of 30 %, this is not the end of the world.

I believe they said they had spoken to 15 other investors, and be sure they are not talking about small investors, and to only come up with an additional 20 % is not all that bad in my books.

Did they get Sprott, Pinetree, Lassonde,etc, I doubt if they got them all.

Management owns 5 % I believe, how much does retail own??

Who are some of the other big players???

What is the requirement 50% plus one vote. does anyone know?
