I was a rather large shareholder of aurelian resources and can tell you from experience that Patrick Anderson lacks andy real experience in running a mining company. His success was that as a geologist he stumbled accross one of the best gold finds in a decade.
he did a poor job of representing shareholders interests and he sold the company for a song to Kinross gold.
He did an excellent job of granting lots of options to himself and this same board of directors and of being a routine inside seller as soon as the options became exercisable.
Aurelian should have been a triple bagger for the avg. investor but I ended up about even after two years becuase of the shenanigans of this board. A group of Aurelian shareholders are still exploring their legal options to sue this former board of Aurelian.
I have been in Noront for about a year now and with an avg cots of $5.30/share I am not happy with current share price. However, this new group will not help me with my investment, they will only help line their pockets at my expense.
I wont have anything to do with them.
Please visit the Aurelian boad. Note it was changed to "Revolt Aurelian" because all the Agoracom members thought they were screwed by their management. The tag line says, "the company whose shareholders were better than the management"
