Some good thoughts and all spoken very easily, except what you propose is impossible on the timeline that we have had over the last while with a market collapse to boot. Talk is cheap. The majors most certainly know how valuable this is and apparently they don't need further proving up as they are in the process of trying to take over as we speak. They have the upper hand as regulations require that we act in a certain way while the slimy operators move without impunity. That's the market we live in.
