The reason I ask is i have apparently lost the package that was sent out but also because it clearly states in the notice of annual and special meeting of shareholders that if you do not vote your shares,

such shares shall vote "for" Election of the directors as nominated by management.

As I stated before due to voter apathy a takeover is very unlikily if this is fact
